Ingredients

40 ml Eau De Vie De Biere

100 ml grapefruit juice

30 ml sparkling water

3 drops of Artemisia Vulgaris 6+

Pinch of salt

Process

Pour the ingredients in order, add ice cubes and gently mix.

Serve in: highball

Decorate with: slice of grapefruit, salty glass
