We distil liquors in the hand-made, authentic, wood-burning distillation copper pots. After setting a fire to heat them up, we start the same process of producing liquors that was used several hundred years ago.

Handicraft production is carried out in small batches of 200-300 litres. No computers or robots are used to control maceration and distillation processes. This traditional method that requires considerable experience helps preserve intensity of liquor flavours, maintain the diversity, and gives the liquors an aftertaste.
